Enzymology

Assay development to direct purification of fully active enzymes from both recombinant and native sources.

Many custom proteins must be expressed without purification tags for proper function.  We develop protocols using tag-independent “traditional” methodologies.
 

Protein Purification from Native Tissues

Native source proteins require traditional protein purification methods and generally require enzymology to select the most active fractions and direct the purification.

Endotoxin Exclusion

Our process of producing proteins from mammalian cells such as antibodies and Fc-fusions involves the use of dedicated purification equipment that is validated at every stage of the purification.

Endotoxin Removal

We have developed special processes to remove endotoxin from E. coli sourced protein including a number of active enzymes.
